Sachez que certains filtres anti-spam considèrent le fameux mail de confirmation comme du courrier indésirable.
Allez donc jeter un oeil du côté du dossier Courrier Indésirable.
Vous devriez le retrouver là et donc pouvoir valider votre inscription au forum

You have to know that many junk mail filters considers the confirmation mail as spam.
Just have a look in the spam folder.
You should find it there and thus be able to validate your inscription on the forum.
